I wonder if your client will give her affidavit to the LAPD to contradict Cosby's assertions. I assume she has more evidence of his being there than simply her statement. Evidence like other people who were there and saw both him and her. Or am I being naive?
Unfortunately, the LAPD has asked both my client and myself not to mention the details of what was discussed other than what has already come out in the press. This will allow them to independently verify the information.
