Mr. Kuvin is a 1996 Honors graduate of St. Thomas University Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Law Review and Opinio Juris. Before practicing with Mr. Leopold, Mr. Kuvin practiced as an insurance defense attorney in Miami for six years. In 2003 Mr. Kuvin moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, he began practicing as a Plaintiff's personal injury attorney and representing injured persons instead of large corporations and insurance companies. Among his accomplishments are landmark settlements against the Florida Department of Children and Families that changed State law for vulnerable adults, Tampa Electric Company, General Motors and Ford, as well as substantial verdicts against the Palm Beach County Schools, GEICO Insurance, Safeco Insurance and Nationwide Insurance.
 
Mr. Kuvin lectures nationally to Bar and Professional Trial Associations and community organizations on numerous topics such as managed care abuse, trial practice, Medicare/Medicaid liens and Uninsured Motorist Coverage.  He sits as President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and is the past President of Temple Beth Zion. Mr. Kuvin practices in the area of personal injury and wrongful death with a special concentration in claims involving complex medical issues and auto crashworthiness. Mr. Kuvin has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available from the nation's most tenured and respected guide to the legal profession. He has also been listed in the South Florida Legal Guide as one of the Top Up and Comers for the last several years.
